Unattended rental

CTB delivers the equipment to your venue, provides an operating walkthrough, and collects it afterward. You operate it during the event. Customer pickup and return are not offered. Delivery, collection, and setup are quoted separately.

Attended rental

CTB delivers and collects the equipment, with on-site support during your event. Staffing, event hours, delivery, collection, setup, and breakdown are quoted before approval. Customer pickup and return are not offered.

CTB delivers and collects every rental; no customer pickup or return. Four-hour package prices exclude delivery and setup. Delivery, collection, setup, breakdown, attended support, extra hours, add-ons, applicable taxes, cancellation terms, and the refundable deposit are itemized in your final written quote before payment. Pay your approved, itemized quote and required deposit securely through Stripe. Eligible bookings confirm after verified payment. A signed rental agreement and ID review are required before payment.

Whole calendar days are reserved, including CTB delivery and collection.

BEFORE THE MUSIC STARTS

A few useful details.

Can I pick up or return the equipment myself?

No. CTB delivers every rental to the approved venue and collects it afterward. Delivery and collection times and fees are agreed in your final quote. Equipment must stay at the agreed venue.

Can I rent without an attendant?

Yes. Unattended means you operate the equipment during the event. CTB still delivers it and collects it afterward. Suitability, a safe-use walkthrough, ID review, signed agreement, payment, and a security deposit must be completed before delivery.

How do payments and deposits work?

A refundable security deposit and signed rental agreement are required for every rental. The deposit is separate from the rental price; its exact amount, refund conditions, and timing are stated in your quote and agreement before payment. Delivery, collection, setup, attended support, extra hours, add-ons, and applicable taxes are itemized as applicable. You review the complete rental total and deposit before paying. Delivery and setup are quoted separately from the four-hour package price. Review your full itemized quote, signed agreement, and required deposit before paying securely through Stripe.

Can I use fog at any venue?

Fog may trigger alarms and may be prohibited. Written venue permission and an equipment suitability review are required. Never disable alarms. If the venue says no, choose sound and lighting without fog.

What about ID and my personal information?

ID verification is planned as an in-person check at handoff or through a dedicated secure provider. This website does not collect ID images or payment card numbers. Only necessary verification status should be retained.

What area do you serve?

CTB is being launched for Spring, Texas. Delivery range, delivery and collection charges, venue access, and operating hours will be confirmed before booking.
