A hold reserves known inventory for 24 hours. Confirmation requires verified inventory counts, ID review, a signed contract, and verified rental payment and security deposit, plus approved staffing for attended service. “Verified” records your manual check; it does not perform the check. Microphone quantities require owner confirmation before reservation. Package prices exclude delivery and setup. All rentals require CTB delivery and collection, a signed agreement, ID review, and a refundable security deposit.
